I prefer a Government that is formed from one party instead of several so that the government can follow through on its campaign promises.

A parliament should be formed from a few big-tent, mainstream parties representing a broad spectrum of views.

There should be no room for fringe or extreme parties in our parliament
Parties should be able to govern on their campaign platform without needing to compromise with smaller parties

Ridings in their current size, represented by one local MLA from one party, provide the best representation for constituents.

Elections should have clear winners.

A majority government in which a single party governs is better than government by multi-party coalitions.

The legislature will not function well if it has a few parties focused on single issues and with support just above 5%.

The number of representatives in the legislature should not increase from the current 87 MLAs.

I prefer a parliament that includes some smaller parties, so that parties have to work together to get things done.

A parliament should be formed from several smaller parties with more specific views and ideologies so that everyone has a party which more closely represents their views.

All views in a society with at least 5% of the electorate’s support, should be represented in parliament, even if those views are considered extreme or single-issue by some voters.

Larger ridings with several MLAs, possibly from multiple parties, provide the best representation for constituents.

The legislature should represent everyone's views, even if a party can be elected with only 5% of the vote.

The government should be formed through negotiations and compromise among parties.

The seats a party receives should closely match the vote share the party receives in the election.

Coalition governments formed between two or more parties are better than majority governments formed by a single party

Power should be divided across several parties

It's ok if the legislature adds 8 members to go from 87 to 95 members.

My vote should always help elect a candidate from the party I prefer, even if my local choice doesn't win.
